The Victor for the fifteenth round of the preliminaries is:

Even though I voted for her myself, and even though I made that little half-joke about substitutions, I am still shocked that out of 9 votes, Raggedy Ann scored 67% to Count Dracula's 33%. Let's see how much farther she gets in the competition.
